*** Islamic Cultural Fayre 2018 UPDATE ***
URGENT! IMPORTANT UPDATE! Please Share!
ICF 2018 Postponed Due to bad weather conditions forecast for Sunday 29th July, for health and safety reasons and to avoid damaging the ground at Eastville Park (the venue) we have taken the heavy hearted decision with guidance from local agencies to postpone the fayre. Insha ‘Allah it will now take place in August 2018.

As part of Islam Awareness Week that ran from 17th March to 24th March, Bristol Muslim Cultural Societies young volunteers and youth committee from Bristol produced a short film entitled "What Islam Means to Me" to challenge some of the stereotypes around Islam and Muslims.

Bristol Muslims Make History at Lord Mayors Civic Ceremony
The Lord Mayor’s Annual Civic Service has been taking place for hundreds of years at the Lord Mayors Chapel in College Green, Bristol. The Chapel itself is around 800 years old. In order to reflect the faith of the current Lord Mayor of Bristol, (Councillor Faruk Choudhury), this year it was decided to include a contribution from the Muslim community.
